What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand business and talent needs.
- Own the entire recruitment journey from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Build meaningful relationships with candidates and deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Assess candidates for skills, mindset, culture fit, and long-term potential.
- Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and keep all stakeholders aligned.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Support HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Maintain hiring dashboards, reports, and recruitment data with accuracy.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
