📌 Role Overview 1–2 years of experience in a relevant HR role, with strong end-to-end capability across recruitment and HR operations.

Talent Acquisition ✅ End-to-end recruitment management ✅ Candidate sourcing and resume screening ✅ Interview coordination and scheduling ✅ Boolean search techniques ✅ Offer management
HR Operations ✅ Employee lifecycle management ✅ Onboarding and induction ✅ HR documentation and record maintenance ✅ Attendance and leave management ✅ Background verification (BGV) ✅ Policy compliance

- LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
