.Responsibilities
- :Assist in talent acquisition processes, including sourcing and screening candidate
- sSupport end-to-end recruitment activities using ATS platform
- sFacilitate employee engagement initiatives and program
- sManage HR operations tasks and maintain accurate HR record
- sUtilize MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reportin
- gAssist with HRMS and other HR tools to streamline processe
- sContribute to a positive and productive workplace cultur
eRequirements
- :Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related fiel
- dFresher with a keen interest in H
- RStrong understanding of Employee Engagement and Talent Acquisition principle
- sProficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheet
- sFamiliarity with HRMS, HR Tools, and ATS Platforms is a plu
- sExcellent communication and interpersonal skill
- sAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmen
