About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / Recruiter to join our growing team at Goodspace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and helping build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with hiring teams to understand job requirements
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding formalities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and hiring metrics
Preferred Skills
- Experience in startup or tech hiring is a plus
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
