Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations and support a positive, compliant workplace environment. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, onboarding and induction, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance management activities. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, handling employee relations matters, and coordinating training and development initiatives in alignment with organizational goals. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to ensure adherence to labor laws, support payroll and benefits processes, and contribute to HR reporting and analytics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in HR Operations and HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess a solid background in Employee Relations and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of local labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management software and standard office productivity tools.
