Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR management and operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, performance evaluation, and payroll activities. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and providing support in recruitment, training, and compliance with labor laws. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR Management and Human Resources processes
- Proven experience in handling HR Operations and implementing effective HR Policies
- Expertise in Employee Relations to address concerns and foster a positive work environment
- Ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and manage organizational HR requirements
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with HR software tools and systems is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
