🎯 Role Overview
- As an HR Executive, your responsibility is to build and manage a high-quality hiring pipeline.
- You will not just manage candidates, will be responsible for who enters the system and who doesn’t.
- Your decisions will directly impact team quality and execution speed.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and alternative channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on mindset, seriousness, and capability.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluations
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication flow.
- Maintain structured hiring pipelines and databases.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and closure of positions.
- Identify red flags and eliminate low-quality.
