Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Executive. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR management. The role also includes overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Handle payroll processing, PF, ESIC, PT, and statutory compliance
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data
- Support employee relations and grievance handling
- Assist in performance management and HR operations
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Operations and Payroll
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
