Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Executive. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing HR operations, improving employee relations, and coordinating recruitment processes. The HR Executive will also oversee performance management, facilitate training programs, and act as a point of contact for employee concerns. Supporting organizational culture and ensuring compliance are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Management and knowledge of HR Policies
- Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
- Proven background in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with HR software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
