📢 Hiring: HR Executive (Remote)
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Executive to join our team on a remote basis. If you have hands-on experience in recruitment and a proven track record of successful closures, we would love to connect with you!
💼 Position: HR Executive
📍 Location: Remote (Work From Home)
💰 Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates)
- Handling multiple job requirements across different domains (especially BPO/Non-IT preferred)
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Conducting initial HR screening and coordinating interviews
- Maintaining candidate database and tracking hiring metrics
- Ensuring quality hiring within given timelines
✅ Requirements:
- Experience: Experienced candidates only (prior recruitment experience is mandatory)
- Strong understanding of hiring processes and candidate evaluation
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Target-driven mindset
