Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ernakulam. The Human Resources Executive will handle daily HR operations, implement and manage HR policies, oversee employee relations, and ensure the effective management of all HR functions within the organization. This role requires collaboration with various teams to enhance the workplace environment, support employee development, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience in Employee Relations and managing workplace harmony
- Strong understanding and implementation of HR Policies and compliance
- Solid knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the food production industry is a plus
