Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Human Resources Executive, based in Mumbai with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves overseeing daily HR operations, implementing and enforcing company HR policies, ensuring compliance, and fostering positive employee relations. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with leadership to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, retention initiatives, and performance evaluations, contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, HR Management and HR Operations to drive and oversee effective human resources processes.
- Strong skills in Employee Relations to maintain a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
- Experience creating and implementing HR Policies and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Solid understanding and application of core Human Resources (HR) practices and principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing/creative agency is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
