Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Executive based in Nagpur. The HR Executive will oversee HR management and operations, implement and manage HR policies, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with organizational goals and processes. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and handling employee grievances to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
- Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements
- An understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site and effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
