We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional to manage and streamline HR functions across all our business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all companies (operations, sales, marketing, kitchen staff, etc.)
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structure
- Handle employee onboarding, training, and documentation
- Oversee payroll management, attendance, and performance tracking
- Build and maintain a positive work culture across all verticals
- Manage employee engagement, retention strategies, and grievance handling
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain HR data, reports, and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR, preferably handling multiple business units or startups
- Strong understanding of recruitment, operations, and employee management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HR tools, payroll systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in hospitality, media, or fashion industry is a plus
