We Are Hiring – HR Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: UG/PG in Human Resources
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Fire Projects Pvt Ltd is looking for a professional and result-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment and core HR operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews
• Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation and employee records
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR databases
• Coordinate payroll inputs and MIS reporting
• Arrange travel bookings and accommodation for field employees
• Support employee engagement and training activities
• Implement HR policies and organizational procedures
Required Skills:
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Proficiency in MS Office and professional email communication
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience
