Role Description
This role will focus on:
🔹 50% Recruitment – End-to-end hiring for BFSI roles (Sales, Credit, Operations, etc.)
🔹 50% HR Operations – Onboarding, documentation, attendance, employee lifecycle management, and HR MIS.
✅ Ideal Candidate:
• 3–4 years of experience in the BFSI domain
• Strong experience in bulk & mid-level hiring
• Hands-on experience in HR operations processes
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
