About the Role
As an HR Executive, you will own and manage the end-to-end HR function at Fairfax Solution. From recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance, you'll be the culture champion who keeps our team motivated and our HR processes sharp.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and documentation
• Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management coordination
• Drive employee engagement, performance appraisal cycles, and HR policies
• Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and labour law adherence
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce needs
• Handle exit formalities including full & final settlements and clearances
• Support training & development initiatives across teams
What We're Looking For
• 5–6 years of experience in a core HR generalist or HR executive role
• Solid understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
• Experience with HRMS software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions simultaneously
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred
