Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Coimbatore. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring efficient HR management. The role involves day-to-day responsibilities such as handling recruitment processes, maintaining company policies, supporting employee engagement, and contributing to workplace satisfaction and compliance with employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and understanding of HR Policies
- Comprehensive knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organizational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in employee engagement or in a leadership capacity is a plus
