Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and talent acquisition for academic and non-academic roles
• Managing onboarding and employee engagement processes
• Handling HR operations, policies, and compliance
• Supporting performance management and employee relations
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth HR functions
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the Education sector
