Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a HR Executive. She will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing benefits administration, and providing support to ensure efficient HR operations. Daily responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with HR regulations, along with performance management. The role also involves actively contributing to the development of a positive workplace culture.
Roles and Responsibilities
Source, interview, and onboard talent as per requirement.
Design training programs on skills like digital marketing, design software, or client pitching; track upskilling for campaigns.
Conduct reviews, set KPIs for project delivery, provide feedback/coaching, and link to incentives in fast-paced settings.
Resolve issues, manage leaves/payroll/benefits, and boost engagement via team events.
Update policies, ensure legal adherence, and analyze metrics like turnover or productivity.
Key skills required
Master's degree in HR, HRM, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on work experience in recruitment.
Excellent communication skills to handle interviews, feedback, and agency-wide updates.
Proficiency in HR tools (ATS, HRIS) will be an added advantage
