Role Description
This full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role is based in Lucknow. The HR Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, create and implement HR policies, and handle general HR management tasks. Daily responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, resolving workplace issues, managing performance reviews, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, and creating effective workplace policies
- Knowledge of Employee Relations and experience in fostering a cooperative and inclusive work environment
- Understanding and experience in implementing HR Policies and compliance with labor laws
- Proven proficiency in core Human Resources functions and operational support
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR/SPHR) are advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the education or technology sector is a plus
