Company Description
EVtron Tech is a startup focused on designing, manufacturing, and deploying electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions for logistics fleets, factories, and commercial facilities. Our mission is to accelerate India’s transition to sustainable mobility through reliable hardware, smart charging software, and turnkey deployment models.
We manufacture our own EV chargers and offer an in-house Charging Management System (CMS) that enables operators to monitor, manage, and optimize charging across locations via web and mobile platforms.
Role Description
We are looking for an HR & Operations Executive to join our growing team and support people, hiring, and administrative activities as we scale our startup.
This role is ideal for recent graduates who are interested in Human Resources, startup operations, and organizational development, and want hands-on experience managing recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and office operations in a growing startup.
You will work closely with the founders to support hiring, onboarding, employee records, and internal coordination as we continue building our team and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees including documentation, orientation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and basic compliance-related documents.
- Coordinate with different teams to track hiring needs and workforce requirements.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and other HR communications.
- Help manage attendance records, leave tracking, and basic HR administration.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in organizing company meetings, internal events, and team activities.
- Support general office operations including vendor coordination and administrative tasks when required.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, people management, and startup environments.
- Good communication skills (English + Tamil preferred).
- Organized and detail-oriented with good documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office tools.
- Self-driven, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
It’s a Plus If You Have
- Any internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or operations.
- Basic understanding of HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, and employee records.
- Interest in startup ecosystems, technology companies, or sustainability sectors.
- Experience coordinating events, campus activities, or student clubs.
