Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The HR Executive will oversee recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with employment laws, and drive effective HR policies. Other responsibilities include talent development, coordinating training programs, handling payroll, managing employee benefits, and fostering positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding
- Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance Regulations, and HR Policy Development
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
- Experience in Performance Management and Employee Engagement
- Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Proficiency in using HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in the healthcare, wellness, or related industry is a plus
