Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will oversee and manage HR operations, implement HR policies, foster positive employee relations, and support overall organizational development. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee onboarding, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and maintaining company culture. The role also involves addressing employee concerns, driving employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in fostering Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
- Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HR software and tools is advantageous
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
- Proven ability to manage and enhance organizational culture and employee engagement
