At Esferasoft Solutions Pvt Ltd, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven HR Executive who is passionate about recruitment and building great teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening & coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Understanding of Leave and Attendance Management.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates for interview scheduling & feedback.
- Assist in employer branding activities and HR Operations.
📍 Location: Mohali (Work from Office)
🕒 Experience: Fresher – 1 Year
