Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee records. This role will support employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating performance reviews, and assisting with engagement initiatives. The position will also involve implementing and updating HR policies, supporting compliance with local regulations, and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with internal teams and active participation in office-based HR activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, including documentation, HR systems, and process administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in an edutech or technology-driven organization is beneficial.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
