Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, formulating and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and overseeing the human resources management lifecycle. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, policy enforcement, and addressing employee concerns to create a positive and productive workplace environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
- Expertise in general Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
