About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing recruitment consultancy and play a key role in building teams across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
* Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
* Work closely with clients to understand hiring requirements.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Requirements:
* 1 month to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
* Freshers with strong recruitment internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory.
