🚨 We're Hiring | HR Executive (3+ Years Experience) 🚨
📍 Location: Sainikpuri, Hyderabad, Telangana, India
💼 Company: Eagle Project Engineering
💰 CTC: ₹4.2 – ₹4.5 LPA (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
At Eagle Project Engineering, we specialize in designing, fabricating, and delivering customized process equipment and turnkey solutions for the beverage, dairy, food processing, and allied industries. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities✔ End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees
✔ Managing employee records and HR documentation
✔ Handling statutory compliances including ESI, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Law compliance
✔ Processing employee joining, confirmation, exit formalities, and full & final settlements
✔ Attendance, leave management, and coordination with payroll
✔ Maintaining employee files, HRMIS, and statutory registers
✔ Assisting in employee engagement and performance management initiatives
✔ Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations
Requirements✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
✅ Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
✅ Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, labour laws, employee documentation, and statutory compliance
✅ Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR operations
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS software is an added advantage
