Role Description

Key responsibilities include recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, addressing workplace concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture through effective communication and collaboration.

- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and team engagement
- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) best practices and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with HR software systems and tools is a plus
