Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR management and operations, develop and implement HR policies, and manage employee relations. The role will involve ensuring compliance with HR practices, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the organization’s strategic goals related to talent management and development.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong knowledge and application of HR Policies and Employee Relations best practices
- Proficiency in handling various aspects of Human Resources (HR), including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the logistics or service industry is a plus
