Role Description
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement across both backend office teams and retail store staff.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for retail and office roles
• Handling employee onboarding and induction processes
• Managing payroll coordination and employee records
• Handling employee addition, removal, and HR documentation
• Managing offer letters and employee-related documentation
• Ensuring compliance with PF and other statutory benefits
• Creating a positive and employee-friendly work environment
• Posting and managing job openings on recruitment platforms
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), with experience in effectively managing people and HR systems.
- Strong skills in HR Operations, including payroll, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies in line with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Ability to manage Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus.
- Previous experience in the retail or food industry is an advantage.
