Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Hyderabad. The position involves managing and overseeing HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy development, compliance, and performance management. The HR Executive will also be responsible for devising strategies to foster a positive workplace culture, ensure proper implementation of HR programs, and collaborating with leadership to address personnel needs. Ensuring compliance with labour laws and supporting organizational growth are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and employee onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing employee performance evaluations.
- Proven ability to handle HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools to streamline processes and maintain efficiency.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
