Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Executive. The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, implement and enforce HR policies, and maintain positive employee relations. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and creating a supportive work environment. The individual will be instrumental in building an energetic and collaborative workplace culture that aligns with the company’s mission and vision.
Qualifications
- HR Management and HR Policies expertise
- Proficiency in HR Operations and Employee Relations
- Strong understanding of Human Resources principles
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic work environment
- Previous experience in a similar HR role is desirable but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
