DigitalVia Technologies is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. We are seeking a dedicated HR professional who can handle end-to-end HR operations and contribute to employee engagement, recruitment, and organizational development.

Salary Range
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in HR
- Experience in the Digital Marketing industry preferred
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Manage employee lifecycle activities
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs
- Provide training and development to new employees
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Support employee engagement and HR operations
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Recruitment and coordination abilities
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing industry hiring
- MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Team handling and organizational skills
