Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Executive, based in Bhopal. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. The role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and addressing workforce concerns. The HR Executive will actively work on improving employee satisfaction and maintaining a positive work environment while ensuring HR operations are efficient and aligned with the company’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) operations
- Experience in Employee Relations and handling workforce concerns
- Demonstrated capability in creating, implementing, and managing HR Policies
- Solid understanding of HR Operations and day-to-day HR functions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for fostering a positive workplace culture
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with employment laws and best HR practices is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist role
