We’re looking for a motivated HR Executive who can help us strengthen our hiring process, support HR operations, and contribute to building a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source candidates, screen profiles, and coordinate interviews to support hiring.

2.⁠ ⁠Onboarding & Employee Documentation

Manage joining formalities, onboarding processes, and HR documentation.

3.⁠ ⁠Employee Engagement

Plan and execute engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.

4.⁠ ⁠Performance Management Support

Assist in coordinating performance reviews and maintaining appraisal records.

5.⁠ ⁠HR Operations & Employee Relations

Support day-to-day HR operations, address employee concerns, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠1-3 year of experience in Human Resource Management

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•⁠ ⁠Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

•⁠ ⁠Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance will be an added advantage

Salary Range: 2.2 Lakh to 3 Lakh LPA

📍 Location: Wakad, Pune

🏢 Work Mode: On-site

5 Days/ week work
