Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Noida with some work-from-home flexibility. Key responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, preparing and implementing HR policies, and addressing staff needs. This role involves ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, handling performance reviews, and fostering a supportive work culture aligned with the company's mission.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations with an ability to handle day-to-day HR functions effectively.
- Experience in Employee Relations and a strong understanding of how to foster a supportive and productive workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance to ensure adherence to regulations and company standards.
- Broad experience in Human Resources with skills in recruitment, training programs, and workforce engagement strategies.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment while ensuring seamless communication and operations.
- Familiarity with HR software/tools and proficiency in using them to streamline HR processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, with additional certifications in HR being an advantage.
