Job Title: Human Resource Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Work from Office, Dehradun only
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, and the maintenance of a positive work culture within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage job postings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring portals
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee lifecycle processes
- Conduct employee engagement activities and help build a positive work environment
- Address employee queries and support grievance handling
- Assist in performance management and review processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR tools
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in hiring for digital marketing, e-commerce, or creative roles
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Hiring, etc.
- Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement strategies
