Deyga is looking for a proactive Human Resource Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and statutory coordination (excluding payroll). This role requires strong communication skills, people management abilities, and the capability to build structured HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source candidates through portals, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the selection process
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and manage joining formalities
- Conduct employee orientation and maintain onboarding checklists
2. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain employee records, files, and databases
- Track probation, confirmations, and documentation updates
- Draft HR policies, SOPs, and internal circulars
- Maintain asset issuance records (laptop, SIM card, ID card, etc.)
3. Employee Engagement & Internal Support
- Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and events
- Address employee queries, concerns, and maintain a positive work environment
- Assist with exit formalities, completion of F&F documentation (excluding salary part), and collect company assets
4. Performance & Training Support
- Assist in performance appraisal coordination
- Maintain performance records and goal-setting documents
- Identify training needs and arrange training programs
Required Skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations & documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
Qualifications
- Any UG/PG degree
- 3–6 years of HR experience preferred
- Experience in start-ups or D2C companies is an added advantage
