About the RoleDeepsense Digital is looking for a proactive and communication-driven Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience. This role is not limited to data analysis, we are looking for someone who can effectively coordinate between internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth execution of projects and alignment of business objectives.
The ideal candidate should be someone who understands business needs, translates them into actionable plans, and ensures that teams deliver on expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Understand client requirements, business goals, and project expectations
- Translate business needs into clear briefs, requirements, and actionable tasks
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, tech, and performance teams to drive execution
- Ensure timely follow-ups, task tracking, and project completion
- Facilitate meetings, gather feedback, and ensure clarity across stakeholders
- Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements
- Support campaign planning and execution from a business perspective
- Maintain documentation of requirements, workflows, and project updates
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Client Servicing / Project Coordination role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into execution plans
- Experience working in a digital marketing or agency environment is preferred
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, etc.) is a plus
- High ownership mindset with attention to detail
