Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources Executive located in Mohpa. The HR Executive will oversee recruitment processes, implement and manage HR policies, support the onboarding of new hires, and facilitate professional development initiatives. The role will also involve coordinating employee relations, addressing inquiries, enhancing workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
