Job Title: HR Executive (Night Shift - On-Site Mandatory)

- This is a 100% On-Site role in Rangreth, Srinagar
- Mandatory Shift Timing:
- Either 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST OR
- 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST
- Candidates not comfortable with night shifts or on-site work should NOT apply
About the Role
CyberX Info System is looking for an HR Executive to manage in-house HR operations and employee management for our Kashmir-based team. This role is critical for ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functioning, employee engagement, and operational discipline during the shift.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Management & Engagement
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for in-house employees
- Handle employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution
- Drive employee engagement activities and maintain team morale
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment
2. Attendance & Shift Management
- Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, and shift adherence
- Manage leave records and approvals
- Ensure proper workforce availability during shift hours
3. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support hiring for local team requirements
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee induction
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure company policies and processes are followed
- Handle disciplinary actions when required
- Prepare HR reports (attendance, attrition, performance tracking)
5. Coordination with Management
- Report daily updates on team performance and HR metrics
- Work closely with team leads and management for workforce planning
- Ensure smooth communication between employees and leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or employee management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and resolve conflicts
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be comfortable working night shifts from office (strictly mandatory)
Preferred Profile
- Experience managing on-ground teams or operations
- Familiarity with attendance systems / HRMS tools
- Strong problem-solving and people management skills
