📢 **We’re Hiring: HR Executive**
📍 Location: Moti Nagar
💼 Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)
💰 Salary: Negotiable
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Sourcing and identifying relevant candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews
• Conducting initial HR interviews
• Managing the complete recruitment cycle and onboarding process, including induction
• Maintaining employee records, attendance, and documentation
• Handling day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Supporting other HR-related activities as required
**Requirements:**
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive and problem-solving attitude
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage
