Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Administration executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee records, and internal documentation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building our team, tracking employee performance, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with management
- Manage the complete hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Prepare and issue offer letters
2. Employee Management
- Maintain and update employee database (skills, roles, salary details)
- Track employee performance, skills, and development areas
- Maintain attendance and employee records
- Assist in performance reviews and appraisals
3. Documentation & Drafting
- Draft and manage:
- Offer letters
- Appointment letters
- Experience/relieving letters
- Internal communications
- Maintain proper filing of employee records and contracts
4. HR Operations
- Handle joining and exit formalities
- Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts team
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–10 years of experience in an HR/admin role
- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good understanding of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
Mandatory Requirement
- The candidate must be currently based in Mumbai
- Outstation applications will not be considered
Preferred Profile
- Prior experience in the real estate/construction industry
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
Compensation
- Salary: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹7 LPA (based on experience and skillset)
