Job Title: HR Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and drive key People functions across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and is eager to take ownership of end-to-end HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Oversee onboarding processes and ensure smooth documentation and joining experience
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and trackers with accuracy
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal activities
- Draft and communicate HR policies, emails, and internal announcements
- Handle attendance, leave management, and basic compliance processes
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs and business teams on daily HR operations
- Support performance management and employee lifecycle processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and modern HR tools
- Min. 6+ months of experience in HR (internship or full-time)
