Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in New Delhi. The responsibilities include managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations. The role also involves recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting workforce development initiatives to create a positive and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR Management and HR Operations
- Expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies development
- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR compliance
- Proficiency with HR software and tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or health industry, is an advantage
