Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Human Resources Executive. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, fostering strong employee relations & maintaining employee records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in Recruitment and HR Operations, with an ability to handle recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks effectively.
- A solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
