📢 We’re Hiring – HR Executive / HR Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support payroll and compliance activities
- Drive employee engagement and training initiatives
- Act as the point of contact for employee relations and queries
🔹 Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
- 1–4 years of HR experience (startup/tech exposure preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws & compliance
- Proactive, organized, and people-oriented mindset
