Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive who can independently manage the end-to-end HR function at CleHaus, including recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment aligned with business growth plans.
- Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and workforce strategies.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection processes.
- Drive offer negotiations, candidate experience, and onboarding closures.
- Maintain recruitment data, pipelines, and hiring reports.
2. Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Design and execute structured onboarding programs.
- Ensure smooth integration of new hires into culture and operations.
- Drive employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive, transparent, and high-performance work culture.
3. Performance Management & Development
- Support and implement performance appraisal cycles.
- Partner with managers on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies, handbooks, and processes are compliant and up to date.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including documentation, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in line with legal and company standards.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
5. Reporting & Strategic HR Initiatives
- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership.
- Support organizational development and culture-building initiatives.
- Stay updated on HR trends, tools, and best practices to improve processes.
Required skills and qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience in HR with exposure to corporate settings.
3. Ability to handle HR function independently
4. Strong knowledge of labour laws, HRIS systems, and recruitment platforms.
5. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
7. Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mind set.
